We are driven by the vision that one day all people, no matter their social and economic beginnings, will be equipped with social-emotional skills and economic opportunity. Our goal for the people that we work with is that their lives are filled with meaningful work, personal development, and fulfillment.

To achieve this vision, we partner with academic and other institutions and community-based organizations to close the social-emotional learning gap and provide career development to mitigate antisocial behavior and prevent violence. That includes community violence prevention and community violence intervention and treatment. We engage our mission in three areas: social-emotional development for youth; college and career readiness for youth and adults; and social-emotional development for adults.
